Our Davits and Cranes Load Test System has different capacity of water bags. We can cover load test requirements for equipment with SWL up to 100 tons.

Mooring winches break holding capacity test (BHC)

We undertake the Brake Holding Capacity (BHC) tests on mooring winches, preferably on an annual basis, using our own testing equipment. When testing, the aim is to apply a hydraulic force to the winch drum equivalent to the 60% of the SDMBL on the first layer of the rope and to ensure that winch brake slips (or renders) at that point.
